AltCourt Attorney Guarantee
AltCourt Legal guarantees that Member will receive fees generated by this contract in an amount greater than 100 % of Member’s investment.
This determination shall be made by Member, at the end of the agreement, based upon a reasonable estimation of realized or potential fees as projected from inquiries generated by AltCourt Legal.
In the event realized or potential fees generated are not found to have exceeded 100 % of Member’s investment by the end of this agreement term, AltCourt Legal will extend the listing at no charge until Member’s investment is realized.
