Approved AltCourt Legal advertises to target individuals who have been involved in some type of serious personal injury matter: Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Auto Accident, Nursing Home Abuse, etc. Today’s consumers are media savvy. They see numerous ads from attorneys practicing in all areas of the law. Most people know how to find attorneys, but they do not know how to find the right attorney when they need one. Counselors take key information such as name, city, state, zip code and details of the potential case. They ask questions such as, When and where did the accident occur?, How many people were in the car?, Have you seen a doctor?, Do you have a lawyer? etc. Even though our counselors do verify the seriousness of a potential case, regardless of the answers, we are NOT practicing law or determining the potential for litigation. What we are doing is collecting and logging information in our database while retrieving your portfolio and, if requested by the caller, describing your background and education. Once we have gained the confidence of the caller and have established that they have some kind of personal injury problem (i.e. separating bonus calls such as Divorce, Bankruptcy, Criminal Matters, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant, Probate, Wills, Trust, Legal Malpractice, Business, Social Security, etc.), we directly connect the call to you. The client never leaves the line, and you have the opportunity to speak with the caller immediately. We will never just give you a name and phone number to call. In other words, we are NOT a referral service, simply giving out telephone numbers, nor do we receive any type of settlement fee.
